Luminato 54 Series Overview

The Luminato 54 Series is our biggest garden home office. The large space allows for multiple desk spaces or a combination of a work and relaxation. It also can become a spacious gym, games room, audio room or for eating and entertaining.

The building package comes as standard with double-glazed opening windows and double doors. A inner and outer steel wall offers a cavity for the supplied insulation and any wiring. An insulated roof also comes as standard as does a moisture-resistant chipboard floor and joists and multi-layer foil insulation blanket under the floor.

What Does My Building Include?

What Comes With The Kit

1. All metalwork frames, external panels, doors, windows, insulated roof panels, rain water down pipe, roof flashing, all fixings.
2. Full instructions (see video)
3. Supplied driver bits to install screws and bolts.
4. Internal light grey wall panels on Luminato and Lounge models.
5. Internal moisture resistant floor and joists.
6. Insulation for the walls (50mm+ foil-backed PIR board) and quilted foil blanket for under the floor. The roof is a 40mm insulated sandwich construction. 

Options

1. Installation Service (although these buildings are DIY friendly).
2. Insulation upgrade – NOW INCLUDED IN PRICE
3. Aluminium checker plate heavy duty floor upgrade.
4. For non Luminato models, the light grey metal internal wall panels can be added. this creates a cavity for insulation and an internal fixing surface.

What Do I Need?

1. A solid and level base for the building to to be fixed to (see more).
2. Battery Drill for driving the self-tapping screws into the pre-drilled holes (driver bits are supplied).
3. Tape Measure for ensuring the base is square.
4. Spirit Level for checking the sides are plumb.
5. Hand/ Circular Saw to cut supplied flooring and joists)

Basic Configuration

Double-glazed Windows And Double Doors

The windows are top-hinged opening for ventilation and the double door is full-length glazed.

Colour-coded Euro Lock Door Handle

With security and style, the doors come with a handle with an anthracite powder-coated finish and a 3-way locking mechanism.

Insulated Ceiling and Roof Structure

The insulated ceiling visible on the inside provides a light, bright environment. 40mm insulation as standard provides additional comfort and usability. On the outside, the roof is efficiently protected by a full-surface, high-quality EPDM roofing membrane (thickness: 1.5 mm). The inner coated steel wall (as shown) allows for insulation to be added whilst offering a robust fixing surface.

Standard Rainwater Down-pipe

This handy feature ensures that rainwater is drained down to the ground level without any problems.

Moisture-Resistant Chipboard Floor

To protect your belongings, a moisture-resistant chipboard floor that sits on pressure-treated joists is provided (requires cutting – drawing supplied).
