When it comes to metal buildings, some of the most common complaints with cheaper alternatives are issues with assembly and a low-quality finish. Many lower-cost manufacturers use thin steel, poorly designed fittings, and low-quality fixings, resulting in a frustrating experience when assembling, maintaining, and using the structure.

Delivery

Our products are securely packaged, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition. Each delivery is clearly numbered for easy identification.

Deliveries are typically made using a 20-tonne lorry with a tail-lift, allowing for efficient unloading or by 4×4 and trailer.

Please note that:

  • Kerbside delivery is standard, meaning the driver will offload the packages at the nearest accessible point.
  • Adequate access is required for the delivery vehicle, so please ensure the location can accommodate a large lorry.

If you have any concerns about access or delivery arrangements, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll be happy to assist, deliveries with specific access requirements can be accommodated on request.

Standard delivery for in stock products is typically within 10-working days. Once your order is placed, we will confirm a specific delivery date to ensure a smooth and convenient arrival. 

For out-of-stock products, these will be delivered as soon as possible, with an estimated lead time of up to 4 weeks. We will communicate updates throughout the process to keep you informed of the status of your delivery.  

Foundation

The right base depends on the ground conditions where you plan to install your building. Below is a summary of the best options:

  • Level, solid ground – If the surface is already level and firm (such as concrete or paving), the product can be placed directly on the ground. 
  • Concrete base – If you are installing a new concrete foundation, we provide detailed instructions to ensure a secure and long-lasting base, dimensions of these can be found in the “Foundation” section on the product pages. 
  • Slightly sloping ground (up to 40mm) – Our Insta-Base solution provides a level foundation and is ideal for sheds and larger buildings. See details here.
  • Uneven or soft ground (slopes over 40mm, lawns, or areas where concrete isn’t an option) – Our Insta-Base solution is a popular choice, using ground screws to create a secure and level foundation. Find out more here.

All buildings can be secured into the ground for added stability, fixings to anchor the buildings are included as standard.

A foundation has to be built for tool sheds, Equipment Locker and the MiniGarage. Please note our foundation tips.

For the products WoodStock, StoreMax, HighBoard, Patio Locker Romeo and the Cornerboard, a level and solid base must be available. These products must be fixed to this subgrade with the supplied screws and anchors.

The storage boxes (LeisureTime Box and LoungeBox) must also be placed on a level and solid surface. It is not intended to be fixed to the ground.

The Raised Vegetable Bed, the planter Belvedere and the MonAmi Composter can be placed on all level surfaces.

Installation

We offer installation as a service, our installation team have extensive experience across the whole range of Telluria products and can install your garden building for you. Installation comes with our comprehensive 24-month warranty covering any workmanship-related defects

Our installation team can complete standard installation of our garden building range in 2-3 days, where additional services are required such as base installation or demolition, a bespoke estimate will be provided upon request. 

Warranty

Our range of Telluria buildings come with a 20-Year Anti-Corrosion warranty. The full warranty can viewed Here.

We offer a comprehensive 24-month warranty covering any workmanship-related defects. While we maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, in the unlikely event of an assembly-related issue, we will promptly address and resolve it at no additional cost.

We are committed to:

  • Contacting customers within 24 hours of reporting an issue.
  • Delivering a solution within 7 working days.

Additional Services

If you have an existing garden building, we can provide demolition as a service, a bespoke quotation can be provided upon request, a site visit may be required to facilitate this. You can request a call back to discuss your request here. 

All waste materials are the responsibility of the customer. If required we can provide waste disposal as a service, waste materials will be collected from site to be recycled within 5 working days of completion of installation.
