INSTAspace has once again proven the unbeatable versatility of its flat pack buildings with the successful installation of four 2m x 2m flat pack offices for a leading facilities management company.
The client faced a tough challenge: they urgently needed extra storage space, but the only available area was in a multi-storey car park with a ceiling height of just 2.6m. To make things even trickier, the ramps only allowed access for vehicles under 2m in height – ruling out any chance of delivering a traditional jack-leg cabin.
That’s where INSTAspace flat packs came in. Delivered safely by pallet truck, the units were easily dismantled and rebuilt inside the car park. To counteract the natural fall of the car park floor, INSTAspace fitted the offices with its adjustable feet system, ensuring a perfectly level finish.
The entire project was completed in just two days, with the client praising the speed, professionalism, and hassle-free installation – especially as they didn’t want to get involved in the build themselves.
