Eleganto Lounge 30 Series Overview
The Eleganto Lounge 30 Series offers two great sizes of building and couples it with a huge range of lounge options. Whether you use the lounge for cooking, relaxing, a hot tub or entertaining, your garden will have the wow factor.
Chose an open or closed lounge and even add side windows. The lounge can be offered on the left our right hand side of the enclosed building.
This steel constructed building offers a stylish and secure space whilst offering a 20 year guarantee1 and maintenance-free2 ownership. A single door fitted with plexiglass provides light and a Eurolock offers security. The building comes as standard with a moisture-resistant chipboard floor and supporting joists. A highly durable checker-plate aluminium floor upgrade is also available.
A choice of 3 colour schemes adds further appeal to make your outdoor space reflect your personality.
Increase the usefulness and comfort of the building with the optional coated steel inner wall to provide a cavity for insulation and a nicely-finished inner surface.

The door comes with safety-glass and frosted film to deter opportunists whilst allowing daylight through.
Insulated Ceiling and Roof Structure
The insulated ceiling visible on the inside provides a light, bright environment. 40mm insulation as standard provides additional comfort and usability. On the outside, the roof is efficiently protected by a full-surface, high-quality EPDM roofing membrane (thickness: 1.5 mm). The optional inner coated steel wall (as shown) allows for insulation to be added whilst offering a fixing surface.
This handy feature ensures that rainwater is drained down to the ground level without any problems.
Moisture-Resistant Chipboard Floor
To protect your belongings, a moisture-resistant chipboard floor that sits on pressure-treated joists is provided (requires cutting - drawing supplied).

Upgrade your building with the tough aluminium checker-plate floor.
An ideal upgrade for mobility vehicles and wheeled lawnmowers to easily get over the door threshold.
A pre-drilled plate can be added internally that comes with hooks for the perfect organisation of your tools.
Add the internal steel wall option for additional usability and a cavity for insulation. The lounge area will come already with the internal wall.
