Telluria Luminato 5436 Garden Office & Studio Overview

Create a dedicated space away from the distractions of the house with the Telluria Luminato 5436. This spacious garden office and studio gives you room for a working area, creative projects or a combination of work and relaxation.

Its internal dimensions of 5.10m × 3.30m provide approximately 16.8m² of floor space. Plan a layout with multiple desks, storage and seating, or make it your own as a hobby studio, exercise room or garden retreat.

Glazed double doors and double-glazed opening windows bring natural light into the room, while the contemporary steel exterior gives the building a clean, modern appearance.

An insulated garden office to make your own

We deliver all across the Mainland UK, or offer protection from our showroom via Click & Collect. The package includes insulation for the walls, roof and floor:

Walls: foil-backed PIR insulation board, specified at 50mm or more.
Roof: 40mm insulated sandwich panels.
Floor: a multilayer foil insulation blanket beneath the supplied flooring.

A moisture-resistant chipboard floor and supporting joists are also included. The flooring and joists require cutting during assembly, with drawings supplied.

When planning your workspace, discuss heating, ventilation, electrical connections and internet access with us so you can arrange a setup suited to how you intend to use the room.

A low-maintenance metal garden office

Made in Belgium, the Luminato 5436 uses galvanised, coated steel for a durable exterior without the regular timber treatments associated with wooden garden buildings.

Occasional washing helps remove dirt and preserve the finish. The building carries a 20-year corrosion warranty, subject to the warranty terms and the metal remaining undamaged.

The doors feature a three-way locking mechanism, while an integrated gutter and rainwater downpipe help manage rainwater runoff.
