One of the biggest issues that clients are experiencing is getting a suitable base ready before the building arrives.
Our client in Loughborough was experiencing this very problem until we recommended our INSTA-Base garden building base solution.
Not only was the base cheaper than quotations she had already received, by providing it ourselves we installed it in a day, perfectly matching the Luminato 3030 that will be going on it.
The client removed the old rotten decking that was previously there. This allows us to fit the INSTA-Base straight onto the rough ground.
This ability to place the pads onto any ground and have up to 8″ (200mm) of adjustment meant that no additional hardcore/ rubble was needed. The INSTA-Base provided a perfectly level and stable base within a few hours.
The client additionally liked the ability to provide any additional adjusts in the future ion ever needed.
Typically we provide the base with an external face of pressure-treated timber however in this instance the client wanted a face of composite decking. This was chosen by the client to provide additional weather protection (the site was north-facing).
